Terms and Conditions of the Al-Sarh Prize Draw Campaign

1. Organizer: Al-Sarh Tourism and Travel Company, Commercial Registration No. (1010015548), hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”

2. Scope of the Campaign: A promotional campaign that includes a periodic (monthly) draw for prizes consisting of travel services (such as hotel nights, tour packages, and other services) for the Organizer’s clients during 2026.

3. Eligibility

• All the Organizer’s clients who have made an actual booking or utilized Al-Sarh services during the draw month are eligible to participate.

• Participation in the draw does not incur any additional fees or financial obligation beyond the value of the contracted service.

4. Entry Mechanism

• The client’s name is automatically entered into the draw upon completion of the booking.

• Each eligible booking grants one entry into the draw, unless otherwise stated.

5. Prizes
• The nature, value, and number of prizes will be specified in the announcement for each draw.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, unless the Organizer expressly states otherwise. 6. Draw Mechanism
• The draw will be conducted randomly and transparently in the presence of a committee approved by the organizer.

• The draw process will be documented in an official report.

7. Announcing the Winners
• The winner will be notified via the contact information registered with the organizer.

• If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) business days, the organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Prize Implementation
• The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the service providers (hotels/airlines, etc.).

• The organizer is not responsible for any obligations outside the scope of the announced prize.

9. Data Protection: The participant agrees to the use of their data solely for the purpose of implementing the campaign, in accordance with the data protection regulations in force in the Kingdom.

10. Disqualification: The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to have violated the terms and conditions or attempted to manipulate or compromise the integrity of the draw.
