Flights
Alsarh's website allows users to make flight reservations through the online platform. These reservations are subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking Confirmation: All reservations are considered preliminary until confirmed electronically via a confirmation message sent to the registered email address. Alsarh is not responsible for any unconfirmed reservation.
2. Electronic Payment: The customer must complete the payment process within the specified booking period. If payment is not completed within the deadline, Alsarh has the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice. These methods are legally binding according to the electronic transactions system in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
3. Data Errors: The customer bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the information entered during the booking process, including names, passports, and travel dates. Alsarh is not liable for any compensation resulting from user data entry errors, unless the company proves to have committed a serious error or willful negligence.
4. Prices and Offers: Prices displayed on the website are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Offers and discounts are subject to the terms and conditions of each offer and cannot be combined or used outside the specified period. These methods are legally binding in accordance with the electronic transactions system in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
5. Cancellation Cases: Cancellation and refund policies apply according to the terms and conditions of the airline providing the service and vary from one airline to another. Alsarh reserves the right to deduct an administrative fee from refunds. All refunds are processed within the statutory periods and using the mechanisms approved by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).

1. The customer bears full responsibility for ensuring that the following travel requirements are met before the flight date, unless the airline has proven to have committed a serious error or willful negligence.
2. Passport Validity: The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the departure date.
3. Visas: The client is responsible for obtaining the necessary visas, including determining the type of visa required and the processing time. Alsarh is not obligated to provide these unless a separate visa service is contracted.
4. Vaccinations and Health Requirements: The client must comply with any health or vaccination requirements imposed by the travel destination. Alsarh is not responsible for preventing the client from traveling due to non-compliance with applicable health regulations.
5. Travel Permits for Citizens: Saudi citizens must ensure that they meet the travel requirements for passports and travel permits for minors, in accordance with the instructions of the Saudi Ministry of Interior.
6. Additional Documents: Some countries may require additional documents such as a hotel reservation, travel insurance, or a confirmed return ticket. The client must ensure these requirements are met before traveling.

Accommodation
Types of Accommodation
Al Sarh Tourism and Travel offers a wide range of accommodations, including hotels, hotel apartments, resorts, guest houses, villas, and hostels. Each type of accommodation is subject to its own terms and conditions as indicated upon booking. The company does not guarantee that the displayed classification matches the official classifications in the host country, as classification standards vary from country to country.

Booking via the Website
When booking through the Al Sarh website, the customer is deemed to have read and agreed to all the displayed terms and conditions. The reservation is executed based on the information entered by the customer, and the customer is responsible for its accuracy. This option means that the customer is not required to pay at the time of booking, but payment will be made later upon arrival or on a specific date. Bookings are subject to the accommodation's policies in the event of non-payment on time.

Currency Conversion
Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals or other currencies for reference purposes only. Currency conversion is provided using approximate exchange rates. The actual payment amount may vary due to exchange rate differences or bank fees when paying in another currency.

EAN Terms and Conditions
Certain booking services are provided through the global partner (EAN - Expedia Affiliate Network). These bookings are subject to EAN terms and conditions in addition to Al Sarh's general terms and conditions. Completing a booking through this service constitutes double acceptance of both systems.

Visa Department
1. The client is fully responsible for the accuracy and validity of the information provided in the visa application, and bears all financial and legal consequences that may arise as a result.
2. Al-Sarh is committed to submitting the visa application as quickly as possible. Any delay in issuing the visa by the embassy or the Unified Visa Center is not Al-Sarh's responsibility.
3. If the visa is refused by the embassy or the Unified Visa Center for any reason, the application fee will not be refunded unless the invoice states otherwise.
4. Service fees paid to Al-Sarh are non-refundable after the appointment has been confirmed.
5. If the client pays the amount in cash to the Unified Visa Center, they are not entitled to any refund of the amounts paid.
6. If the visa application is rejected due to an error in the visa documents submitted by the client, Al-Sarh does not bear any responsibility.
7. The client is responsible for arriving on time for the appointment. Any delay may result in additional fees or rescheduling the appointment.
8. If a visa is required for any European country, a new appointment must be booked and a new fee must be paid if the client fails to attend.
9. The client is responsible for appearing at the Unified Visa Application Center on the appointed date to submit the application, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
10. The client is responsible for paying any additional fees requested by the Embassy, ​​which may not be included in the application fee.
11. Al-Sarh does not guarantee the issuance of the visa on time if the client is late in submitting the application.
12. Al-Sarh is not responsible for the issuance or delay of the visa if the Embassy, ​​Unified Visa Application Centers, or shipping companies make decisions after the application is submitted.
13. Al-Sarh reserves the right to reject the application if the documents are incomplete or the purpose of travel is unclear.
14. Visa fees (government fees), service fees, appointment fees, and other fees are non-refundable due to the multiple regulatory requirements and the need to prepare the required documents.
15. Visa applications may take a certain amount of time, and the issuance of the visa may be subject to a specific decision by the Embassy. The Embassy is not responsible for any delays in the issuance of the application or the expected outcome.
16. The Embassy is not responsible for any damages that may arise as a result of appointment cancellations or postponements by the Embassy.
17. All visa issuance procedures are subject to government regulations and instructions. Any additional requirements required by the Embassy must be provided by the client.
18. If the client wishes to cancel a visa reservation and the status is "unconfirmed" by the Embassy, ​​the fees may be refunded within a period not exceeding 7 business days.
19. Refunds will be made within 7 business days, and the refund will be made using the same payment method used by the client.

Educational Tourism
1. The client is fully responsible for the accuracy and validity of the information provided when applying to academic language institutes and universities around the world, and bears all financial and legal consequences that may arise as a result.
2. Al-Sarh is committed to processing applications to academic language institutes and universities as quickly as possible. Any delay in acceptance by the educational institution is not the responsibility of Al-Sarh.
3. Service fees contracted by Al-Sarh are non-refundable.
4. If the client's documents or papers are incorrectly incomplete, photocopied inaccurately, submitted to the visa center incompletely, or not uploaded to the system, Al-Sarh assumes no responsibility for the application.
5. Al-Sarh assumes no responsibility to the client in the event of acceptance from any university or academic institute that does not meet the client's wishes or expectations.
6. If the client fails to adhere to the institute or university's working hours or to attend the program fully, Al-Sarh assumes no responsibility for delayed program completion or lost program fees.
7. The client shall bear the legal and administrative consequences of any violation of the academic or administrative regulations of the institute or university to which the client has applied.
8. If the institute or university is unable to issue acceptance for any reason, Al-Sarh shall only inform the client and shall not assume any alternative obligations.
9. Al-Sarh does not guarantee that the client will obtain a student visa or educational residency, nor is it responsible for visa rejections from embassies or consulates.
10. Al-Sarh shall not be responsible for any delay in issuing a student visa, whether caused by the embassy or by a delay in receiving acceptance or documents from the educational institution.
11. All additional fees shall be paid subsequently in accordance with the terms of the issued contracts, and the client must adhere to payment in accordance with the approved contracts.
12. Cancellation requests shall be submitted via the "Cancellation Form." The client may contact the approved channels (email, branches, WhatsApp) in case of inquiries.
13. If a cancellation request is submitted more than 21 days before the start date, the student is entitled to a refund of 85% of the tuition fees paid.
14. If a cancellation request is submitted less than 21 days before the start date and after the start date, the student is entitled to a refund of 70% of the tuition fees paid.
15. If a cancellation request is submitted less than 14 days before the start date, the student is not entitled to a refund of any portion of the tuition fees.
16. Medical insurance fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
17. Student housing fees paid are non-refundable if cancelled less than 14 days before the start date.
18. Registration fees for accompanying persons or children, special introductory program fees, and book and study material fees are non-refundable after the start of the study.
19. Al-Sarh does not bear any financial or regulatory consequences related to changing the study plan after cancellation or withdrawal from the program.
20. Refunds will be made within 10 working days of the date of submission of the complete application.
21. If the cancellation request relates to student housing, the customer must notify the host 8 weeks prior to the accommodation date to receive a refund.
22. Al-Sarh is not responsible for penalties or fines resulting from violations of academic regulations in the country of study.
23. Al-Sarh reserves the right to amend these terms to comply with the policies of international educational institutions or changes in government regulations in the country of study.

Medical Tourism
1. The client bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the medical reports and information provided to Al-Sarh. This information is the basis for selecting the appropriate medical center, unless a serious error or deliberate negligence on the part of the company is proven.
2. Al-Sarh does not guarantee the success of treatment or full recovery, as the company's role is limited to coordination and providing logistical services only, not medical evaluation or direct treatment.
3. Al-Sarh is committed to booking appointments at medical centers or hospitals according to the client's wishes and available resources. It does not guarantee that appointments will always be available on the specified dates.
4. Coordination and service fees are non-refundable after the booking process with the medical facilities has begun.
5. If the medical center or hospital refuses to accept the case based on their medical evaluation, Al-Sarh does not bear any financial or legal responsibility towards the client.
6. The client is responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa for treatment, and Al-Sarh does not guarantee the issuance of medical visas from embassies or consulates.
7. If the medical center cancels or changes the treatment appointment, Al-Sarh is obligated to inform the client immediately, without bearing any responsibility for the costs incurred or any delays.
8. Al-Sarh is not responsible for any side effects or medical complications that may result from treatment, or any deviation from the treatment plan recommended by the medical center.
9. Medical tourism packages do not include the costs of treatment, surgeries, medications, or examinations unless specifically agreed upon in writing within the package.
10. Al-Sarh is not responsible for any changes to the treatment plan made by the medical center after arrival or during treatment. The client must consult the center directly.
11. The client bears all costs incurred by their companions during the medical trip, unless included in a previously agreed-upon package.
12. All medical documents and translated reports are sent from the client to Al-Sarh via approved means (email, WhatsApp, or the electronic platform). Al-Sarh is not responsible for any treatment delays due to incomplete or delayed documents.
13. If the client wishes to cancel the medical trip 14 days prior to the scheduled date, they are entitled to a 70% refund of the service fees paid. After that, the amounts are non-refundable.
14. Fees for medical translation or virtual consultations are paid separately and are not included in the medical tourism packages, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
15. Al-Sarh reserves the right to amend these terms in accordance with the policies of international medical centers and relevant regulatory changes.

 

Support Services
1. The customer is fully responsible for the accuracy and validity of the information provided in the support service request.
2. Al-Sarh Company is committed to implementing the request as quickly as possible.
3. The service fees agreed upon by (Parket) are non-refundable.
4. No modifications may be made to the request after the service has commenced.
5. The discount specified in the agreement is binding, and the customer is not entitled to request another discount after completing the payment.

International License Service
1. The customer must hold a valid Saudi driving license.
2. Al-Sarh Company is committed to issuing the license in accordance with the procedures followed by the competent authority and subject to the deadlines specified by the relevant authorities.
3. If the customer enters incorrect information or submits inaccurate documents, the company is not responsible for any delay or rejection.
4. The license will be delivered within a maximum of 7 business days from the date of submission.
5. If the client requests to amend information on the license after it has been issued, a new application must be submitted with new fees.

Resident Visa Service (UAE / Bahrain / Qatar)
1. The client must have a valid residency permit within the country from which they wish to travel.
2. The client must provide the company with all required documents and information. Any missing information is the client's responsibility.
3. The service is subject to the approval of the competent authorities within the country.
4. The service fee is final and non-refundable after the procedure begins.

Form Completion Service
1. The client is fully responsible for the accuracy and validity of the information requested on the form, which determines the success of the application.
2. If the form is rejected by the beneficiary due to a data error, the client is responsible.
3. The company assumes no responsibility for the rejection of the application by embassies or external entities.

1. Translation documents are received using the passports sent by the client. If they are not sent, the translation will be approved based on the original documents and will not be amended later.
2. Once the translation process begins, the client is not entitled to a refund.
3. The translation will be delivered in PDF format within a maximum of 24 hours of receiving the documents.
4. The company is not responsible for any delays resulting from incomplete or delayed documents provided by the client.

Passport Renewal Service for Workers
1. Payment will be made and the application will be processed by the specified date, and the client will not be entitled to a refund.
2. If the worker does not show up for the specified appointment or is late, the reservation will be canceled and a new fee will be required.

Medical Insurance Service
1. The service is priced according to the policies of the company and the insurance provider.
2. After the insurance is received and processed, the client is not entitled to a refund.

 

Travel Packages and Trip Planning Department
1. Information Provided: The customer is fully responsible for the accuracy and validity of the information provided in the travel date request for the package. The customer bears all financial and legal consequences in the event of any errors.
2. Fees Are Non-Refundable: The service fees charged by Al-Sarh Tourism and Travel are non-refundable after the package request is submitted.
3. Incorrect or Incomplete Documents: If incorrect or incomplete documents are submitted to the relevant authorities (such as the embassy, ​​visa center, or delivery center), Al-Sarh shall not bear any responsibility towards the customer.
4. Amendments After the Request: Any amendments made to the information provided by the customer after submitting the request may require additional fees depending on the services selected by the customer.
5. Responsibility for the Selected City: Alsarh Company assumes no responsibility to the customer for the selected cities or any problems they may encounter there after planning their travel itinerary.
6. Additional External Services: Alsarh Company is not responsible for compensating the customer for any amounts paid to third parties such as visa centers, visa offices, airlines, accommodations, car rental offices, shipping companies, or others.
7. Delays or Damages from Third Parties: Alsarh Company is not responsible for any damages resulting from delays by airlines, shipping companies, or any other third party.
8. Restrictions on Certain Cities: Bookings for a specific city may be subject to restrictions or conditions that cannot be exceeded. The customer is not entitled to a refund if they refuse to comply with these conditions or circumstances prevent them from traveling.
9. Force Majeure: Alsarh Company assumes no responsibility or compensation related to cancellation or change of reservation due to force majeure or problems beyond its control. These conditions include weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, or governmental and international decisions.
10. Airport Pick-up Service: If the airport pick-up service is selected, the customer is fully responsible for providing the correct information to the service representative. In the event of an error or delay, Al-Sarh Company shall not be held responsible.
11. Additional Fees: The service fees charged by Al-Sarh Company for complementary or additional services depend on the terms and conditions of third parties, such as hotels, car rentals, etc. Al-Sarh Company shall not be responsible for recovering any amount paid after submitting the request.
Passenger Transportation Service (Airport Pick-up – Driver with Car)
1. Service Description:
Al-Sarh provides a private and comfortable transportation service in a car with a professional driver, within or outside the city, suitable for various purposes, such as:
• Daily transportation.
• Meetings.
• Sightseeing tours.
• Pick-up or drop-off from/to the airport.
2. Reservation and Confirmation:
• You must receive an official copy certified by Al-Sarh Company.
• You must provide us with all information, such as (flight number, arrival or boarding time, number of passengers, number of bags, etc.).
• Booking confirmation is subject to vehicle and destination availability, and full payment is required in advance to complete the booking.
• Al-Sarh does not guarantee service availability if complete information is not provided or is delayed.
3. “Driver with Car” Service Details:
• Includes vehicle, driver, and all regular fees.
• If the destination is outside the city, additional fees apply depending on the distance.
4. Cancellation and Amendment Conditions:
• Cancellation and amendment timings are determined by the local policy and are determined by the service provider.
• Some amendments may not be possible after booking confirmation.
• It is recommended to amend or cancel at least 48 hours prior to the service.
5. Delays and Waiting at Airport Pickup:
• Booking includes an additional waiting time of up to:
o 60 minutes for international flights.
o 30 minutes for domestic flights.
• After the waiting period has expired, additional fees will be charged based on the waiting time or flight cancellation, according to the service provider's policy.
6. Liability and Warranty
• Al-Sarh is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond its control, such as flight delays, traffic closures, etc., unless the company proves to have committed a serious error or intentional negligence.
• We are committed to providing modern vehicles equipped to the highest specifications to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
7. Lost and Found:
• Al-Sarh is not responsible for any personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
8. General Conduct:
• Please comply with local traffic and transportation regulations in the host country.
9. Applicable Law:
• This service is subject to local laws, in addition to the regulations adopted in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for consumer protection.

 

Activities
1. Terms of Agreement
By using the Al Sarh platform to book recreational activities and tourism services, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions of this agreement and acknowledge that you have read and fully understood its contents, whether you are booking on your own or on behalf of others.

3. Accepted Payment Methods:

• Visa and Mastercard: Local and international.
