The parent can log in to their account on the Absher platform, then select:

Family Members > Services > Issuing a Saudi Passport for Family Members > Select Family Member. (Absher)

* The child must be present in the Kingdom when submitting the application.

* The child must not possess a valid passport.

* The child must not have been issued a national ID card through the service track designated for those under 15 years of age and must not have registered fingerprints.

* A registered national address ("Wasel") is required for passport delivery.
